How do you define and/or describe conscious artistry?

to me, conscious artistry is all about intention, the intention to use your gifts to cause lasting change in the world, or the intention to cause lasting change in yourself. art can be viewed in many ways but it is always either done with the audience in mind or the artist hirself in mind. to me and what i do it's usually about altering deeply-held beliefs, either about ourselves or the world in general. i make a lot of my music for my audience, though it definitely has therapeutic value for me, as well.
