Remote Viewing or Automatic Writing

Hello,
I was wondering if anyone hear has mastered either one of these 2 things. If so, I am very interested in learning how.

I can't really say I've "mastered" either, but I can at times do both. For me, I'm clairvoyant, so remote viewing can be easier for me to do than some other people, I guess. Or, rather, I suppose I should say that I know I'm clairvoyant, and it helps to konw for a fact you have that ability in order to be able to do remote viewing. But my problem is that calling up something at will--it doesn't always work like that. I like the technique of psychometry, because with that, you hold an object that you want to get impressions from (say, it belongs to a person you want to learn info about), and you use it to help you perform a remote viewing session. As an empath, I work by closeness and/or touch, so psychometry works really well for me. Which is also why automatic writing can sometimes work for me as well. I'm basically touching something...

But like I said, I can't say I've "mastered" either. For me, things come when they want to, and not cuz I say they need to! LOL So, I think a lot of times, the key is practice, practice, practice. It helps to practice with someone you know, but try to learn things you aren't already aware of. And then see what you get right. And I absolutely must recommend that with any kind of psychic phenomena you want to work on, I stress that you should use some form of protection. I have a ritual that I do, and I would recommend you get in the habit of doing one yourself. Look around or ask people you know of who are psychic what they do beforehand to prepare themselves before doing any psychic work, because IMHO, it's absolutely imperative.
