- My Conscious Art:
- I am an author and poet who resides in Connecticut with my husband, two daughters, two cats, two frogs, and several tropical fish and plants. I am in love with life and show it through my plain-talk writing style.
I started writing poetry at the age of 9 and became published in a local paper in 1982. Since then, I have written two books of poetry, two self-help books on the syndrome Fibromyalgia, and a book of humor that pokes some fun at the relationship of mothers and daughters in the early years.
I plan to release another self-help book on Fibromyalgia and pregnancy some time this year or next and I'm also trying to write a romance novel.

This is a video dedicated to Every Day Heroes who blog to help others. It is about 10 minutes long, and if you happen to take a look at it, you'll see a familiar face. I'm about half way in and my blog helps to energize Fibromyalgia sufferers.
