I've also been working pretty hard on my children's book, which I just finished, at least the written part anyway, now I'm working on the illustration, which is even more frustrating, but it is coming along. I guess I just really hate the work of repetition, having to draw, then redraw, then redraw and paint. Why can't it be perfect the first time? I'm really good at procrastination, too bad it's not an occupation. After that anxiety kicks in, as spirit reminds me to get my ass moving. Through it all I know that this book is going somewhere. It's been in my mind for 2 years now (when I first thought of the title) and finally the words have come back to me as if I left them behind in a previous life.

I'm tired of being in this house all the time. I love being home with my daughter, but I hate social engagements, however I feel I need them to survive. Why? Maybe it's the type of social engagement I receive. Searching for something more meaningful. Something deeper. It's hard to know where to draw the line on deep relationships being in a marriage as well. Sometimes people get the wrong impressions and then I feel the need to apologize or appease. I would like to feel like myself tomorrow, whatever that means! How are things in your world?
